Beat salt and egg whites until stiff peaks form. Combine sugar and water in small sauce pan, heat to boiling. Do not stir. Boil until sugar mixti\ure reaches 238 degrees. Pour the hot syrup in a thin stream over egg whites, while beating them at high speed. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture, 1/3 at a time.
