Combine crust ingredients and press into 9" springform pan. Bake 8 minutes to set. Lower oven temperature to 350o. Combine filling ingredients in food processor. Pulse until smooth and well blended. Pour into baked crust and return to oven. Bake for 45 minutes until done. Cool. Melt butter and chocolate together and spread on cool cheesecake. Refrigerate overnight.
