Put 1/4 of cucumber in the center of a clean dishcloth or cheese cloth and wring out to remove as much moisture as possible. Put the drained cucumber in a bowl and repeat with rest of cucumber. Stir in all of the remaining ingredients except for the paprika. Mix well and sprinkle with paprika.
