Divide dough in half and roll out each to 16 x 20". Sprinkle each with half of spices, cheese and pepperoni. Roll up and pinch ends over. Place seam down on jelly roll pan. Slit tops so steam can escape. For a crispier crust brush with shortening, margarine, pam or egg whites mixed with a little water (crispiest crust). I prefer the fat it gives a thicker reasonably crisp crust. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes, or until golden brown. It is hard to over bake this stuff, the crust just becomes thicker.
